Best Quality Cotton Pads!

Best cotton pads - ever! My under-eye skin is delicate and dry. These cotton pads are high quality - making it easy to remove concealer/makeup without irritation . Once you've tried them, you can't go back to lesser quality. Makes a real difference.

Great absorbency.

Cotton is thick and very absorbent. It is pricey but the size of each piece is large enough to fold it over and use half at a time. It doubles the quantity.
