How to put the refill in?

I bought the eye cream refill but I cannot put it in. I cannot take out the old jar out like showed in the picture from the original container. Any help Will be appreciated.

Great cream

I really love the feel and texture of. thie cream. It is so smooth and I like the wand it comes with, not only for making sure I dont' use to much but also to help with certain conditions. I have used many many eye creams and love how this goes on and soaks in. Splendid.
