Not true to size

Lovely slippers however it is not true to size. Bought a 8 .5 will have to return it . Would definitely take a bigger size .

disappointed

The material that make the sandal is more like disposable, the sole and heel is good but top is a no no, me ankles are too thick for the strap sorry I will be returning mine. Loved it from a distance but not when I received it. Macy's please do better when you associate your name with products. Quality is poor nowadays.

Footbed is comfy, BUT

Finally! Cute style and the footbed is great. It's comfy and has the support I need, BUT the straps rub the top of my foot and they are not soft. I really want to keep them (haven't worn them, just tried on in the house), but I'm pretty sure I won't be able to wear them. :( Very disappointed.

Comfy

These are surprisingly comfortable and true to size, ordered size 9 and fits perfectly. Decided to exchange the brown ones for the black ones since I think they’ll look a little better - the brown is slightly cheap looking. Since they’re fake leather I’m not sure how they’ll hold up but at least the material is very soft against the skin. And the footbed has decent arch support which I wasn’t expecting. The heel is a great height for walking comfortably.
