Comfortable

This is my 2nd pair. They are comfortable, true to size with some style to them. They have some arch support. I'd prefer if the patent leather was smooth instead of crinkled. Overall a good pick. I.purchased the burgundy color.

Lost item

I can't rate the shoe because I haven't received it yet. I placed my order 11/9/25 which included 5 items, I received 4 item on 11/12/25. The last item has been saying it will be delivered in 3-4 days since the 9th. I'm getting tired on Macy's online ordering and most of the time the items not in the store. So I guess this will be my last time ordering online. Smh
