Lost item

I can't rate the shoe because I haven't received it yet. I placed my order 11/9/25 which included 5 items, I received 4 item on 11/12/25. The last item has been saying it will be delivered in 3-4 days since the 9th. I'm getting tired on Macy's online ordering and most of the time the items not in the store. So I guess this will be my last time ordering online. Smh

Nice shoes but run large

Although the shoes are not leather, they are nice looking and very comfortable...at first. I ordered my size, 8M, and tried them on with a pair of light socks, walked around with them for a while and the more I walked, the looser they became, they would even slip out of my feet, so I could never wear them with footies or stockings. I could try a 7.5 a size but I may not get a good fit. Also, they are a bit too shiny for me, but they are still nice looking. I am returning them.

Run Big

Love the shoes, very comfortable but they run too big. The size 6 fits like a size 7. I would order a smaller size because I really like them but their smallest size is a 6.
