Downgrade from last year’s version

Purchased a pair last year and loved them so much that I decided to order another pair. Once they arrived, I noticed the downgrade in quality when it comes to the metal details. What were once subtle metal details that made the boots look the part, are now loud gold details that, for me, watered down the quality and were a dealbreaker. I returned these, but if the details do not bother you, they are an amazingly comfortable pair of boots that will keep your feet warm and cozy. .

Kept sending me the wrong size & 2 right boots

I bought my boots and a size 8 but a size 9.5 so I returned. It got a replacement, but got a size 9. And two right boots. Apparently they didn’t have my size and decided to send me the wrong size instead of Telling me, and just refunding me. Very unprofessional.

Great Boots

Unfortunately I never received either pair. I accidentally sent them to an old address I had in my account and never got them. Only got to pay for them for someone else. They are great boots and comfortable because I own a pair. That is why I bought 2 more but my mistake so I bought them for someone else. Hopefully they are enjoying them as much as I do!
