Size up

Hate to write a bad, or mediocre review but these are size 10 maybe in another country! More like a 9. My foot is narrow so the width was fine but my heel rubbed hard against the back of the boot. They are very cute but not really made with warm material, not helpful for winters or cold weather in the northern US states. I didn't wear them outside at all but question if the shoe material is waterproof. So, size up and don't expect comfort or warmth - but they are a cute style.
