Charged for 2 only received 1

I like the products very much so ordered 2. Unfortunately, I only received 1. And now I see they are no longer in stock. Do I have to drive to the store and argue with an overworked sales clerk now to say someone only sent one to me?

Barely a month

After a month of regular use, the black eyeliner is completely gone or the twist feature is broke. Either way, it is not good value for the money. Very disappointed.
