Great product!

I have been using Clinique skin care for years and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been using this serum at night only for about a month and my skin looks radiant. I have very sensitive skin, mild rosacea and wanted to introduce this product slowly. I use the moisture surge after the serum to make sure my skin stays hydrated. My skin has shown quite an improvement, in just a short time, it’s softer, corrected slight imperfections (similar after having a chemical peel). Make sure to wear sunscreen during the day or your efforts will go to waste, protect your skin. This really is an under rated product, I’ll be turning 45 at end of month and had to up my regimen with this serum to keep up my appearance.

Late delivery. Delivery instructions not followed

I paid $15 plus $5 driver tip to have an item delivered the "same day I ordered it". It was not delivered the "same day" it was delivered the following day. Also, I asked for the item to be left behind my porch pillar so not visible from the street and the box was left smack dab in the middle of my porch clearly visible from the street. How do I receive a refund for both the same day delivery fee and the driver tip?
