Late delivery. Delivery instructions not followed

I paid $15 plus $5 driver tip to have an item delivered the "same day I ordered it". It was not delivered the "same day" it was delivered the following day. Also, I asked for the item to be left behind my porch pillar so not visible from the street and the box was left smack dab in the middle of my porch clearly visible from the street. How do I receive a refund for both the same day delivery fee and the driver tip?

Nice moisturizer

Good points: no smell, easy to apply, easily absorbs, moisturizing, keeps the wrinkles at bay or slows the progression. No negative skin reactions. Negative points: I'm on the third bottle, use 2x per day and no decrease in wrinkles. Too expensive.
