    • High Impact Gel Tech Eyeliner: Safe to apply directly on waterline and lid. Build intensity as desired.
    • Quickliner For Eyes: Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect.
    • High Impact Easy Liquid Eyeliner: For a thin line use the pen's narrow tip. For a thicker line, lay the pen flat.

Been using this eyeliner since 8th grade

I feel like i get the same product every time! The only thing that can be shocking is when it runs out since there’s no gauge on the side to tell how low you are.

Clinique Quickliner for Eyes

I've been using this eyeliner for years. It goes on fairly easily, though in my case there are tiny clumps left behind. I use Intense Ivy, wish there were more shades of green to choose from. I would recommend this eyeliner to anyone who doesn't care for liquid liner.
