Product great, Macy’s has horrible service

I like the product, but I done with Macy’s. Received two bottles via mail that arrived in a soaked box. The bottles were free with a large purchase and when I called customer service they told me I didn’t have to ship them back and I confirmed that because garbage day was the following day. They were sending replacements, but I never received them. I called back to customer service when I didn’t receive after three weeks. The item was no longer available so I was out the products, pass the time to return the items I purchased and had thrown away the damaged products. I’m so disappointed. I’m done with Macy’s. I see others have had the problem with receiving a soaked box. What a scam! Bye bye Macy’s. Thanks for the long wait on hold for nothing.

Perfect makeup remover

I have been using Clinique products since the 80's. This remover is gentle and cleans waterproof mascara easily with only a couple swipes. Non-irritating. Excellent value.

Clinique cosmetics

Love to shop At Macys, but over the past two years you have the same stuff the store is always a mess. You can never find anything and there’s never any help. Clinique will probably be the only thing I will be buying there from now on. Pam is wonderful.

Leaked all over everything

This is a good product and I have used it for years. I ordered it along with some gift items and the bottle leaked all over place! Ruined all the packaging for the other items I was giving away as gifts. You would think they would put it in a sealed bag or something to prevent this from happening. Now I have to return everything and my daughter missed out of her stocking stuffers. So disappointed ☹️

Bottle leaked out & empty !

Love the product works well but, my bottle was all leaked out and empty bottle. Macys needs to pack this way better so it doesn’t leak out and make a mess. This is an expensive product to have an empty bottle shipped out. Please Macys train your employees to pack better for these items being Shipped. Next time I will buy in store myself- no shipping issues
