Worse packaging

I like the product as I started using this year, it giives a good moisturizing skin. I bought this on black Friday and it came late and the worse ,the item came damaged . Macy you have to address your packaging. It is very disappointing

Bad packaging

I would like to try this product since my friend liked it. However, when I received the product, there was no box or sealing. Makes me wonder if it was used or not.
