Love it, So smooth

Received this for 40% off reluctantly to Macy’s however. Macys sent me an email advising me this item would be on back stock and asked would I like to cancel or continue to wait. They also said the earliest it would ship could be 12/31/25. I chose to wait. They shipped it two days later and it’s 12/12/25 right now and I’ve had it for several days. The product is amazing, I’m glad I waited. I still think Macy’s didn’t want to honor that 40% off price and that’s why they asked me to cancel.

Stays nice and cool

I’m not sure if it removes the puffy eyes, because I am a senior lady. But, what I really like about it is that the tip stays nice and cold, so therefore, it feels really good, especially in the mornings.
