Shade no longer available?
I have read with dismay an earlier review that advises (and apparently confirmed by Clinique by its response) that the versatile shade of Honey is no longer available. For those of lighter colouring, especially as we grow older, the lack of a shade outside of the harsher tone of Warm Brown means this product is no longer of use. A shame, as it worked well - providing a soft rather than hard, thin line. I will now have to look elsewhere, including looking at another company's line. Do not recommend the Warm Brown unless you are darker in colouring or you are young enough to pull off a dramatic look.

Great product but only comes in one darker shade
I've used this product for years in the Honey colour, but now that versatile, light brown shade has been discontinued, and it only comes in "Warm" brown - which is more of a "deep" brown and far too dark for light complexions and blonde, light brown or white hair. I'm very disappointed and am looking to other brands for the proper shade now. It's very unfortuntate, because the brush is great and the pencil is soft enough to go on smoothly and the colour stays on all day. The "warm" shade is not so --- it is harsh and very dark.

Solution to sharpening issue with the Clinique Brow Keeper
Good Morning anyone who has purchased the Brow Keeper from Clinique! I have found a solution to the sharpening issue...I took a Swiss Army knife and shaved off about an inch of the silver covering on the pencil and once you have rid your pencil of the silver, you can stick it in any sharpener and sharpen your Brown Keeper and it will look like new! I had to buy a sharpener from another company since Clinique advised they are OUT OF STOCK [since December, 2021?]. Anyway, they have been OUT OF STOCK on the Brown Keeper in Honey for at least the same amount of time. Please try this fix and message to Clinique...please bring back the Brown Keeper in Honey!

Sharpening the Pencil
Love the brow keeper - BUT - hate that it cannot be sharpened without the product breaking off. I do not have a Clinique sharpener so thought I should order one and try it with this Clinique Product, only to learn from a "chat" person that it is not available right now. I have used up a good portion of this pencil trying to sharpen it with another beauty supply sharpener. Now what? How am I supposed to be able to use this product?

Unable to sharpen without sharpener
I like this product, but Clinique shops in Mall stores do not have the sharpener. If you cannot get a specific Clinique sharpener (on line with shipping), You will waste about half of each brow keeper trying to sharpen it with sharpeners sold in make up stores. It appears to be a very unique size - you will waste most of your product and purchase price. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful.

It is convenient to use the tool 2 in 1. Also, it enhances the brows naturally.

Agree with most of the prior reviews
Goes on smoothly and color is great. Brush is wonderful. Sharpening is an issue, even with Clinique sharpener. Ordering another sharpened because this pencil does gunk it up. Maybe that will help?
