Clinique City Block Sheer SPF 25

I have been using Clinique Sheer SPF facial sunblock for years. I have never. Urned rben when I am at the pool. This contains zinc oxide. It's tinted, but is sheer and for all complexions.

Very good product, very overpriced

I appreciate the sheer coverage and the way this product makes my skin glow. It gives me a Dewey look which lasts for 3/4 of the day. That is a long time considering I get up very early in the morning. I wish there were more of it in the tube and that it lasted longer as each application is quite expensive. I do notice that it doesn’t give quite enough sunblock protection, but if you are running around doing errands it will be enough. If you’re actually sitting outside having lunch with Friends, it is not enough coverage to protect you from some sunburn and discoloration. I will probably buy this product again because it does feel sheer and my skin does not break out after using it. I have dry skin and I require a thorough moisturizing before I apply this. If you were to apply this to un moisturize skin, it would not give you that dewey look and it ends up feeling drying .

Long time user!

I have very sensitive skin and have been using city block for a very long time! It’s great for casual days where you need some sun block for the face. I loved the 40 block but it was discontinued and the new 50 was introduced. With my sensitive skin, I am hesitant to try it, many reviews say it irritates the skin. So, I will stick to the 25, even though a higher level is recommended by dermatologists. It’s been a while since 40 was discontinued so I don’t expect to see it again! Shame, great product!

Nice application

Love this as it gives a hint of color and coverage, but I really liked the City Block 40 better because of the higher SPF. Wish it would come back.
