Not worth the price

Most of the eyeliner broke off when I initially took off the cap. Nice color and it goes on smoothly, but with it broken off, there is no "tip" so it goes on too wide. The cap is way too tight - hard to remove and snap back on.

eyeliner issue

I too have found that clinique gell tech eyeliner is not easy to apply and the tip breaks off very easily. i am very disappointed in this product and would like a refund or produce a better eyeliner.

I have been trying to find an eyeliner that did not smudge and have finally found it. Eyeliner stays on all day.
