Best mascara I’ve found

I’ve been using the High Impact mascara for 15+ years and it’s still just as good, especially after trying other mascaras over the years (wanted to spend less). It is worth the price tag!

I love this mascara for many different reasons specially for the fact that it is water-soluble and completely washes out in the shower at night. No allergies either and no flaking during the wear .
