    • Swivel eyeliner up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect.

Love this liner, have used for years. To expensive though, doesn’t last that long. Does were well! I continue to use.

I wear a Clinique’s eyeliner for over 30 years.!

As I mentioned in the title, I’ve been wearing Clinique’s eyeliner for 30 years. I’m mostly wear the color black. But I have also one Slade Gray, Brown, wine,. I still prefer black. It just goes with everything. It is very smooth to put on. I don’t have to pull my eye holding it. It stays on all day and it doesn’t smudge. Excellent quality.

INTENSE IVY SUCH A FABULOUS EYELINER

This eyeliner is smooth, has staying power for all day and then some, and non irritating for my sensitive eyes. I would buy again in a different color. The color Intense Ivy is pretty but not for me it is too brown and not enough green. It stays on well even with moisturizer and in Florida humidity. Easy to apply and after it dries its on until you take it off. I don't have to tug to get a smooth line. It's creamy and can be smudged with the applicator on the other end which I really like. I have also used it in my waterline and it stays put. So I can easily say it's one of the best liners because it does what it claims to do and more.
