The best eye make up remover ever

The blue bottle of Clinique, eye make up remover is the best because, it's non grease, no eye itching, clean deeply, it's soft solution and gentle with my eyes, hipoallergenic.

Would not remove my pencil eyeliner

Does not easily remove pencil eyeliner. I bought this product because a beauty site that I will no longer trust, voted it best for removing eye makeup. I only wear Loreal Infallible pencil type eyeliner, and wanted a product made to remove eye makeup. A beauty website ranked this product #1. However, I have found this product to be simply ineffective. My eyeliner is smeared around my eyes as I apply and reapply this product 4-5 times to get most (not all) off. I use a paper towel to help it along. This was a bad purchase—a lot of money on an ineffective product.
