it is a smooth powdery blush that has all the must have shades. it sits perfectly on the cheeks and the shades are great for blending and layering. love it!

What a great product. I love that you have the option to use it as a blush, powder, and highlighter. But I mostly use it all together. It's effortless and looks beautiful! I've recommended it to so many people.

I have the nectar colour. It works more like a highlighter than a contouring palette

Purchased defining roses 03, and with my fair skin, dark eyes, salt&pepper hair, if gives my skin a subtle glow and some nice color. The separation of the three shades allows you to use the lighter as a highlighter on the eyes, too. The compact is well, average. The bottom portion is the substantial silver package, but the clear plastic top, flimsy and a bit cheap looking. A more solid compact, (no little brush, though) with a solid top and a mirror inside please?

I have been using this item for a few years now. Feel like I can’t be with out it. I keep using my other blush but always end up dabbing this one on as well.

I love this blush and hope that Clinque doesn't ever drop it from its line of blushes. The darker portion is great for defining, but I like just swirling my brush around the three colors for a nice glowing effect. The lighter color can be used as an eye highlighter. Defining Nectars is my favorite, and I especially appreciate that it is not a hard compressed powder. It transfers well onto your blush brush. Great product!
