What happened to this once-great product?

I have been using Clinique's self-tanner for years and was very happy with it, but the last two tubes I bought (at Ulta) were horrible and I had to throw them away. Even waiting for awhile after applying, the tanning cream has stained my sheets, my furniture and my clothing and sometimes it doesn't come off my clothes even after washing them. This newest formula is awful. I will be trying something new, which I hope won't bother my sensitive skin.

Make my skin amazing

For starters, I bought a light / medium shade. But now I know that he can be trusted and the next one can be bought and darker. Firstly, I really liked it, because it is not white, as it often happens, but has a color pigment. Therefore, applying it is simple and quick, you do not need to wipe a hole on yourself, fearing that you have smeared it badly somewhere. Everything is clearly visible, where it is well smeared, and where it is not very good. The consistency is also good, the milk is not too liquid, but also not very thick, so it is rather sparingly consumed. There is no unpleasant smell, or rather, it almost does not smell of anything at all. The color is very natural, such a nice southern tan. Even my girlfriend did not believe me that such a color after self-tanning turned out. I have tried other self-tanners before, but this one is my favorite. After one application, the color is very saturated. I am very happy with it. And does not give yellowness.

My skin is glowing

I can say with confidence that this lotion suits me, and next summer I will definitely purchase another tube.

A mainstay for me

I am never without this product. I have used it every day for years. Gives me just enough additional color before I put my makeup on, regardless of season. No offensive color or smell.

This is superior to all other tanning lotions, especially the drug store brands. It is worth the extra cost! Did not make me orange.

There's the Good and the Smelly

The good news: this tanner works better than any tanner I have ever used in over 30 years on my face. The bad news: Oh the smell! Almost all self-tanners smell which I don't mind, but this one is different. Have you ever bitten your tongue or something in your mouth and tasted blood? The metallic taste? Well this stuff smells like blood tastes. And at first it doesn't seem bad, but it really gets to you! Luckily I put this on right before bedtime so I only have to smell it before I fall asleep. But the color is so good, I'm willing to put up with it!
