I bought this system to use as a facial cleansing brush. I read and followed the instructions and had no trouble with it working properly. My prior facial brush rotated and this one does not. I like this one better, because the soap doesn't go flying everywhere. I've been using it for about a week, twice a day, and I love how smooth and clean my skin feels. I also like how compact the brush is.

I ordered this product and received it. I was so excited until I plugged in to try and do initial charge and got nothing!!! NO CHARGING LIGHT, nothing. Tried different outlets, different houses, nothing. Called and they sent a replacement. Received the replacement and SAME THING. Called again and said, ok, third time is a charm so sure try another replacement because I really want this and there is just no way it can happen again. OMG IT DID! Got the 3rd one and SAME PROBLEM. How can this even be. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I have no clue how a company can continue to send out this product when this happens and to multiple people. I am so disappointed in CLINIQUE and have lost respect for this brand I was swore by!

Are you serious? I have how many of these things and not one of them works. I ordered three for Christmas presents... They did not work... I called and they said they would send three more. Once we received the new units we plugged and boom, nada... nothing... they do not work as well... I would think that after reading all of the complaints that Clinique would find out the root cause and pull a few units and try charging them themselves, hmmmmmm. Common man; y'all can do better than this... Please, we just want three units that work.

I should had read the reviews before I ordered this. It seems I have the same issue as many of the others. I had purchased this for my grand daughter for Christmas and she was really excited. She took it straight out of the box and put in the charger all day and it still never charged. We read about lights, but lights never came on. I am very disappointed and would have thought with so many complaints and bad reviews, this would not have still been offered for sell until the issue was resolved. I will be contacting customer service in the morning.

I bought this product for myself and was really happy with it. So I ordered another one for my mother but it never worked. I thought it might be an issue with the charger it came with but still nothing. So really disappointed. And seems like a lot of people faced the same problem. So something should seriously be done about that.

5 stars because it is effective, 0 stars because it stopped working. Stopped working about 7 months after I started using it. Such a shame, because it was amazing! Kept my skin clear and soft (in combo with clique face soap) during the time I used it. Clinique should figure out how to resolve the battery issue because it is a great product!

Doesn't work
Unable to tell if this device is charging or not. There's no charging light indicator. It's been sitting in the charging base for 3 days and doesn't power on at all. I'm very disappointed.
