Poor customer service

I have been buying Clinique for over 20 years. I took my daughter to Macys at millenia and the lady at the register refused to help us, another invidual came and helped however they were out of the colors we needed. We only bought two products and one ended up being a horrible color. I ended up having to order the rest of our order from Clinique. This macys never has the products needed and disappointed
