Product great, Macy’s has horrible service

I like the product, but I done with Macy’s. Received two bottles via mail that arrived in a soaked box. The bottles were free with a large purchase and when I called customer service they told me I didn’t have to ship them back and I confirmed that because garbage day was the following day. They were sending replacements, but I never received them. I called back to customer service when I didn’t receive after three weeks. The item was no longer available so I was out the products, pass the time to return the items I purchased and had thrown away the damaged products. I’m so disappointed. I’m done with Macy’s. I see others have had the problem with receiving a soaked box. What a scam! Bye bye Macy’s. Thanks for the long wait on hold for nothing.

Never showed up, twice. Now just not coming at all

Item never arrived despite being shipped. Contacted you and you sent a replacement which also never arrived. Then just refunded me. I bought these items on Black Friday sales so now I have to go buy somewhere full price. Thanks for nothing.

Works perfectly for waterproof mascara

This makeup remover is great. I use the balm for my entire face, which takes off just about everything. But if I have waterproof mascara on, using this quickly removes the little leftover. I've been using this for years.
