Terrible Sectional
We bought this sectional about a year ago.and now it's falling apart. At first it looked great and the recliner function works well. Then the leather started getting wrinkles and cracking. The description states it's 100% Leather, not sure. We contacted Macy's about the quality and returning it. They wouldn't help us with it and stand behind their product. We paid alot of money for having a poor quality sofa with the leather color parts chipping away from the headrest. I will never buy any furniture at Macy's.

I recommend this sectional sofa
I loved this sectional sofa. Tick leather and doesn’t wrinkle. Easy to clean. Very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely buy it again.

Best choice ever
I had to write this review I bought this leather sectional four years ago and it was the best choice I ever made. They are still beautiful and whole it’s a great quality of leather.. I don’t understand why so many bad reviews someone isn’t taking care of their stuff. I’m looking into purchasing a same set for my other living room. I’ve always had leather sofas even with small children at home

Very poor product
After owning this for 9 months 2 of the cushions have collapsed 1 of the center recliners the switches are not accessible

Beyond Beautiful
I purchased this leather sectional about a year ago. I had so many people telling me not to buy leather, “it’s too cold”, they’d say. Also, I wanted white and I also heard, you’re going to hate having a white sofa. I am so happy I did not listen to all of the negative comments. I am also very happy that I ignored the negative reviews for this sectional. I realized that it’s primarily unhappy people who write reviews, which lead me to conclude that I had better write a review myself to break the negative cycle. I am beyond happy with this sectional. The color, the functionality and the absolute beauty of this sectional is stunning. We are very pleased with our purchase!

Gorgeous Leather Ottoman
The leather ottoman is beautiful, sturdy and perfect! Couldn’t be happier. Love that it has wheels and can be easily moved on the carpet. The storage feature is an added bonus. We are getting lots of compliments.

Worst experience buying furniture!!!
Recliner stopped working after one use - it has been staying in almost flat position for two weeks since then and will stay this way another month waiting for Macy’s inspector to come and check it. This is the earliest they could arrange. This was my last purchase from Macy.
