Broken within the first year

Bag broke under normal usage well within the first year of use. Do not recommend.

Flaws in wheel design… ruined vacation

The suitcase was shipped and was in perfect condition. However only loaded to 38lbs, the back 2 wheels snapped off within 1000ft of pulling it on a sidewalk. Had to lug the suitcase for the entire trip since we had to make our flight.
