learning experience

I was interested in this chair, however, when I entered in m zip code, it was not available within 100 miles of where I live. So, I entered in other zip codes nearby and a far, and same response, So, I went to the store to see if, I could see the item and was told they didn't have any chairs on the sales floor for this price. So, if this chair is unavailable in my market area, how does the store keep showing this chair? Also, I was told the difference between RTA and white glove furniture. In addition, the sales clerk told me this item had to be assembled. When two chairs are purchased, you add sales tax, delivery, and fabric protection total of about 700 to 800 hundred dollars. If I am paying that amount of money, the furniture I purchase needs to be fully assembled. I was just surprised and kind of disappointed. Also, I could return the chairs, the sales clerk told me, but, I would have to pay a 15 percent restocking fee and forfeit my delivery fee.

Much nicer than the ‘name brand ones’

Wow! What a wonderful surprise this recliner turned out to be. The fabric is luscious-thick chenille - Firm, comfortable, sturdy, and even has adjusters to tighten the foot lift, in case over time, it might become weak with use. 5 stars from me!!

Good chair for the money.

A pretty comfortable chair for the money. Easy to do the small amount of assembly ( no tools required). Narrow enough to fit in a small space.

Soft chairs, great size, nice color

Wonderful chairs. Parchment color is great. Fabric is soft, cushions are slightly on the firm side, but in the reclining position, the cushion support is on point. Highly recommend!

Pushing the recliner back is very difficult.

Pushing the recliner back, so the feet are up is very difficult. Once you get it in the position you want it in, the recliner is very comfortable.
