Wrong size inside package

I ordered queen size, the package said queen size, and inside was a queen flat sheet, 2 standard pillowcases, and a FULL size fitted sheet. I returned it and am reluctant to try ordering it again.

Awesome Charter Club Sheets!

I love these sheets by Charter Club. They are so crisp and cool after washing and keep their shape with no pilling. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Charter Club Sheets

I have purchased Charter sheets in the past annd was very satisfied with them. However, this last order is very unsatisfactory. the pillow cases are not sewn correctly and are sewn on an angle. The sheets are also not sewn evenly and there is material left over when you try and fold them. What happened to the good quality? The materials is okay but the sewing part is awful, Too late tor return and also, there is not much left to choose from. When will Macys start having more merchandise available? YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUBLISH THIS BUT I CAN'T FIND ANYPLACE TO SEND MY CONCERNS TO ON YOUR WEBSITE.
