So disappointed

The box was completed dilapidated and torn and the ball deflated. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift - and now I have to search to find another one two days before Christmas! So disappointed.

Looks fabulous

bought this as a gift so I'm not-sure but it seemed very well received and loved. It came quickly and with everything I needed, batteries, etc, which is great. Thanks a lot
