Croscill Melodia Decorate Pillow

I have purchased numerous items in the past through MACY’S and for the most I have been pleased but I have had a variety of problems from shipping to items received was not accurate and or acceptable. I believe in giving businesses a chance to correct their errors and or mistakes. Today I received a very damaged, smelly old package that appears to be held in a warehouse, etc for quite a period of time. On both sides of this box it had punctured all the way through and this box showed age and the dryness ended up making my throat sore. I need to know do I send it what they don’t make easy or do I cut my losses and throw it away? I feel Macy’s attention to details is not what it use to be at and they are failing in many, many areas. MACY’S has been a nostalgic experience for me but I keep getting let down.

Great pillows

These pillows are beautiful and match my room perfectly. They are a mix of leaf patterns in one of beige with a silky finish. Great size. I would recommend them.
