Broke before I even left the house!

All packed ready to head to the airport and the expanding handle broke. This was the first time using the luggage! Luckily I was still at home and was able to use my daughter’s suitcase. Hopefully the manufacturer will replace. Unacceptable!

Broke before I could even board the plane!!

I loved everything about this luggage except the extendable handle BROKE literally as I was checking my bag at the airport!! Wasn't even rough handling (I was right there watching it being handled). Worst of all, I had to keep traveling with a broken bag during my bachelorette and on the return trip home. Would expect a bag of such high quality to have more durability :\
