Baby Boomers new travel perspective!!

The backpack is part of 3 3pc set, is very roomy but not bulky. It allows me to be purse free on a flight, with all the essentials, normally carried in a purse. For short or long flights the backpack has room for a light cardigan, headsets/headphones, a book, a change of shoes and a snack.

Handle doesn’t go down

I would like to return this product, reason being I am now getting ready to use it and once I pulled the handle up it wouldn’t go down back. Now I am at a loss, my trip is on Wednesday. Your support and guidance in resolving this urgent issue is appreciated.
