Works and easy to clean.

I've use this a couple of times and it works pretty good. It does take the cooking time down a little bit. Since I've got to get into roasting my own chickens instead of buying the store-bought ones, I'm enjoying it. Plus it keeps all the juices in the reservoir which is really nice.

Not made of carbon steel but aluminum

Nice pan, however, its description is a bit confusing. Clearly shows it is enameled carbon steel; however, look closer in the product information and its "warp-resistant cast aluminum with non-stick coating." When I unpacked it, it is aluminum. But for the sale price, it's a very nice pan.
