Great mid-sized bag.

I've had a Hartmann carryon spinner that I have drug all over this country on a weekly basis for several years. I love it and it's held up great. When I need a new medium-journey bag, I turned to Hartmann and was thrilled to find this bag. Love the leather handles, lightweight feel, ease of pulling/pushing and layout. The navy color is a little brighter than my other navy bag, so will really stand out on the luggage carousels.

Not Living Up to Reviews

I was so excited to get this luggage. I got the bronze and I love the color. The inside of the suitcase is nice and come with a nice bag for toiletries. I bought 3 medium and 1 large suitcase. They each have been on 1-2 trips. This luggage does not hold up on the outside to the wear and tear from the airlines. All of the suitcases are scratched and scuffed. One suitcase also has a 5 inch crack. This was a lot of money to pay for luggage that isn’t holding up. I expect some wear and tear with luggage, but this is unacceptable for luggage that is 6 months old.
