Beautiful but poor quality

This is gorgeous on the bed. Although you have to be very careful not to wrinkle the material up because it is Linen and it does show the wrinkles. But i did wash mine and the zipper completely broke on it. I washed the Duvet on gentle cycle. I did not expect it to break the zipper after one wash. I washed it in cold water and on gentle cycle so I thought it would be fine. Very disappointed in that. Especially now that I see it is a final purchase and can’t be returned. Ugg.

First of all, it's NOT WHITE! It's not the quality or look that I expected from Hotel Collection. Extremely disappointed.

Misleading color

This is a yellow bedding and not white as the description suggests.

Course and scratchy.

Material is canvas-like and the white color is very yellow.

Horrible wear in 2 months time

This duvet cover is not made of good fabric. I had thought it was 100% linen and now learning it is a blend and I noticed some small gray spots appeared on it in the short time I had it on my bed. They are gray and when washed do not come out but multiplied all over the duvet in bigger more prominent spots. I have no idea what or where the spots came from. It’s so bad I cannot use it. A total disappointment for a well known high end company. I just wonder if I should contact them direct. I would love to get my money back as I feel they should accommodate me here
