Disappointing Quality Not Up to Hotel Collection

I’ve been a loyal fan of Hotel Collection for years and have purchased many of their items with great satisfaction. Unfortunately, this particular bed set was a major disappointment. After just a few washes, the threads began unraveling and the stitching along the seams became exposed. Within just 2–3 months, the sheets looked worn out and decades old. I ultimately had to throw them away. Sadly, this set didn’t reflect the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. Save your money and skip this one.

The quality was fine, but we had to return it because the color scheme didn’t match our bedroom colors.

It came in the worst shape possible!

I have a strong feeling we received someone else’s return. The package arrived in terrible condition: dirty, ripped on the outside, and with a completely damaged inner cover. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially since this was meant for our new home. I’m debating whether to return it, but honestly, I don’t have the time to deal with it right now. One thing is certain: I won’t be purchasing again.
