The color is off

I purchased the color charcoal, please explain to me in LED day lights why is the color green. OMG, doesn’t go with the color of the room. GREEN!!MY CHAIR HAS A GREEN TINT😩

so disappointed

Like everyone else we waited months for this sectional. 2 weeks after having it 2 recliners... one on each side broke! I was cuddling with my 7 year old and the whole frame snapped! same thing happened to the other side but just my husband was sitting on it. If you are anything but a very light person with very light friends and family I world even consider this! We've just received replacement today and I'm so scared for friends to visit and break it again! so embarrassing! luckily macys said if it breaks again we can exchange it... so just waiting for the day..... don't buy!

Lots of defects with this line

The sofa arrived with many defects : broken wood inside, motor did not recline, and stitches coming out and part of the back sewn crooked. It took months for the new pieces to arrive for exchange and I was patient because of Covid BUT when they arrived then there were still motor issues and this time colors did not match the rest of the sofa. Now I have to wait for a technician to come just to say the colors don't match. I have sent photos to show the different colors but they said a tech still needs to come to confirm. I have always shopped Macys for clothes because they have great clothes and good experience. But this is the first time shopping for furniture and it's been terrible. It's been almost a year since they first sent the sofa and it's been a wait game for exchanges. I just want a nice sofa that I paid for and I have been more than patient waiting but it has gotten ridiculous.

Perfect family room upgrade.

We purchased just three attached recliners, not the entire sectional, to make a reclining couch. This is our second powered recliner sectional purchase from Macy's. Loved the first one but was hestitant to purchase this one as there were no reviews found. At this price point, this couch is a lower end, discount option which was perfect for us. White glove Delivery service was exceptional. All the electric parts worked and the drivers told us they seldom have troubles. Fabric feels like it will hold up to spills. Our family of 4 reclines together on it for Netflix Parties. Fabric is a little loose in spots but still; it's not going to be a 15 year couch. Still, we LOVE it for the price, and after lots of on-line research and in-store shopping.

No wedge!

We really wanted to purchase this sectional. They have all pieces, except the wedge. Not sure how you can have a sectional with no wedge and they will not sell you the floor wedge. They are hoping the wedge MAY arrive sometime in September. It is May. So bummed after having looked at so many sectionals and thinking we found the perfect one.
