chair ordered

Ordered march 29 and haven't heard a thing about it? Where is it, why hasn't it been made available for shipment? What is going on> Will never buy furniture from Macys again...Ridiculous! They are taking my money though!

Would have been 4 .5 stars

I wish I had asked the store team to plug in the left-facing chaise. I loved the couch until I put the headrest down on the chaise. There’s literally no couch there for your lower back, just an empty space when you lower it in the supine position. You have to roll up a pillow and stuff it into the empty hole to get comfortable. Awful design. Otherwise, the couch is classy looking and soft and moderately comfortable.

Chair broken upon arrival

It was broken upon arrival . It’s a hassle to get a broken item replaced. They will even lie and say it’s sold out to avoid replacing. Then you go online and it’s still on sale. I’m too loyal for this Macys do better!!!!

Leather sectional

Seats are very roomy and comfortable and has luxurious look and feel. The only downside is separate power cords for each armed recliner and the console, so need extension cord to reach the units that are away from the wall outlet.

stopped working after 2 weeks

Do not buy furniture from Macy's it stopped working after only 2 weeks. The customer service says they need to inspect it but makes an appointment for 80 days from now. And we're left with a broken chair. Worst experience I've ever had buying furniture.

Hutchenson Reclineer

Been using my new hutchenson Recliner for a week now. So far I would say it is probably better than I could have expected. One issue would be the control buttons, small, but I will get used to them.

Too Big!!!!

It is nice, but, it is HUGE. Each seat is big enough for 2 regular sized people. It took up most of the space in my living room. I returned it. I should have gone to the store to see it rather than buying it online.
