I've had a bronze slat iron sleigh bed forever, large, tall, need a lift sometimes to get in bed. Ordered two of these lamps thinking they might finally be tall enough to balance the area - and they are perfect! Arrived quickly, small assembly, generous cord so I finally removed the extension cord behind the headboard, they were on sale. Sturdy metal, heavy enough not to worry about tipping, makes an impressive statement. Part of me says I would've paid full price if I saw them displayed in the store, but the rest of me says WHAT A DEAL!
