Worst rug purchase

Ordered the ivory on ivory rug. The color is a yellowish brown with lots of dark brown design, which is totally different from the picture. Worse, there is a horrible caustic odor that won’t go away. Have had the windows open and a huge fan blowing on it for 3 days. The odor is still there. Just made a large bedding and furniture order (Over $6000.00) and customer service tells me UPS will pick it up. That is unacceptable.
