Very good quality

I bought these rugs in the 5xx7' and 7.7'x11' sizes and I'm really pleased with them. They didn't really need a pad under them as they're quite thick. The design is vibrant and the navy is more of a royal blue than a dark ink blue. The only drawback is a chemical smell, so I would air them out for a day or two before putting them in the house.

Binding unraveling

The binding is unraveling on one side of this carpet. Not happy. Since I obviously don’t have the packaging several days later (when I first noticed the unraveling), I’m not sending it back, plus the fact that I shouldn’t be responsible for the high shipping cost of returning a defective item. NOT HAPPY.

Disappointed

The rug looks exactly like it does in the photo. But to see it and feel it in person, it has a sheen like polyester when the sun hits it and it’s thin. I’ve had it for a while, and the wrinkles still have not smoothed out because the rug is so lightweight. I kept it because the price on sale was fair. There is no way I would’ve kept it if I had paid full price. The quality is not there.
