The rug is generally very nice but the nap of it requires constant readjusting to see the colors

softer and gorgeous color

The rug arrived quickly via FedEx. It is prettier than I had imagined. The colors and soft texture are spot on. There was not any wrinkles or exaggerated temporary curling. The rug laid down beautifully once it was unpacked. I did use the premium rug pad from Macy’s. It was great quality as well. Chris, the sales representative at Macy’s The Woodlands, went above and beyond to get this ordered in my preferred size.
