Not happy

I purchase this area rug on 1/22/2026 and I was told it would be delivered on 1/29/2026. As of 1/31/2026 I haven’t received it. The service is terrible and you can’t count on Macys to delivered it to you time.

Quality

I was not pleased with the quality of the rugs. In error, I purchased two identical carpets. The colors were not as vibrant as I expected. Also, the rug was too large for the area being carpeted. Delivery and pickup went smoothly, so I thought, until I learned that the second pickup had been lost in transit or not returned to the store at all. The same guy delivered and picked up the carpet. The name Thomas appears on the ticket.

Disappointment

The binding on the rug I received was poor quality and inconsistent. It was shipped from a fulfillment center, not from the actual vendor. I am disappointed - I ordered a brand new rug and received a returned item instead.
