Quality

I was not pleased with the quality of the rugs. In error, I purchased two identical carpets. The colors were not as vibrant as I expected. Also, the rug was too large for the area being carpeted. Delivery and pickup went smoothly, so I thought, until I learned that the second pickup had been lost in transit or not returned to the store at all. The same guy delivered and picked up the carpet. The name Thomas appears on the ticket.
