Looks defective and dirty!

Purchased online and laid it out in my living room. It looks dark and, depending on which way the nap lays, it looks dirty! This immediately went back. Unfortunately, you cannot return it to the store. I had to start a return on my app and take it to my local UPS store which was relatively easy but a two person job as the rug is heavy. I ordered a different one hoping for better results. It arrives today. Stay tuned...
