Very disappointed

Macy is my favorite store, and I never had any unpleasant experience until I ordered KM Home rugs. I ordered one runner and a 7'9 X 11' rug online. They send me the 2 runner instead. It has been more than a month I returned the ordered, and has not received my money yet. I have called 3 time to the customer service, and every time the representative said that they I would get the money in 2-3 days. . Now I have to pay the interest on the amount.
