Ordered two rugs. Bothe came the same size. You need to exchange one for the 3.3x 4.11 and send me a postage voucher.

Finally arrived!

The rug is fine, but I would have returned it if not for its size/weight and the deeply discounted sale price. Ordered 1/27 and finally arrived 2/7. We received 5-6 Fed Ex "scheduled delivery dates" with four-hour time periods later followed by "end of day delivery." The first one showed 1/30. Very disappointed in the delivery but trying to get over that and enjoy my purchase. Outside of the package was dirty, some oil, and torn open at one end and in several places but the rug seems to be okay. Won't ever order something this large on-line again. Thanks for allowing me to vent!

Looks defective and dirty!

Purchased online and laid it out in my living room. It looks dark and, depending on which way the nap lays, it looks dirty! This immediately went back. Unfortunately, you cannot return it to the store. I had to start a return on my app and take it to my local UPS store which was relatively easy but a two person job as the rug is heavy. I ordered a different one hoping for better results. It arrives today. Stay tuned...
