I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. While the front of the frame is very pretty, it's poorly made and the back is cardboard. It opens on three sides, if you can manage to get it open without breaking the cheap hinge and stapled-on strap that is supposed to hold the leg in place. If you manage to get it open, be prepare to be disappointed when your 8x10 picture flops around and doesn't fill the opening, which is significantly larger than the 8x10 size the packaging claims the frame is intended for, leaving the ugly cardboard exposed. I'm really disappointed with this product, especially since it's not being sold at an appropriate price for the quality and is associated with Lenox, whose brand I generally associate with quality.
