I woke up from sleeping a full night's rest with the pillows. very comfortable..not firm either..which is what I was looking for.
Hate it
I brought this pillow and less than a week it had lost its form. They are useless I will not buy another Martha Stewart pillow again. Waste of money and worthless piece of crap

I like it but I don’t not use to a pillow that bounces back to its shape.
So disappointed, awful pillows
I did a lot of research before purchasing this cooling pillow, and boy was I disappointed. First and foremost, the cool side does not stay cool for more than a moment. It heats right up when in contact with body heat. Secondly, the cool side is a strange material that is not soft, it's almost papery and crunchy. Finally, the cool side is a blue color that shows through a white pillowcase. I am definitely returning these pillows.
Just what I needed
This pillow is really supportive. After sleeping on it, I awake with no aches or pains in my neck or upper back. I love this pillow. The fact that it is washable makes it even more attractive to me!

pillow hurt my ear, it was too firm so I returned it.
Not for me
Thought this was a very nice pillow; however, I found it to be too firm for my tastes. Disappointed that it was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Instead, I used it in a sham cover as a decorative piece on my bed, & it was perfect for that.
Cool Pillow for Hot Nights
I am amazed at how the Martha Stewart Cool Touch Pillow stays cool throughout the night. I live in the Philadelphia region and we have had some extremely HOT days and nights this summer. The 'blue' side of the pillow is the cooling side and the 'white' side of the pillow is a traditional pillow fabric. Overall, the pillow is about 4 inches thick and has a medium density. I'm a side sleeper and it's the perfect size for me. Even as I sit here writing this review, as I examine the pillow you can actually feel the coolness emanating from the 'blue' side. I love my COOL pillow!!
