Now I get it...

I understand now why people said they wished the plate was bigger. It’s not the “plate”, it’s the serving area of the center of the plate...where the food will sit. The outer raised rim is large. This is a beautiful plate. Seems well made. Not too heavy. With the sale price you can’t go wrong! Four stars is because of the outer rim size. Should have thought that through a little more.

Love these plates for serving any type of food. I mix and match them with other colors pieces and they look fantastic.

they are much heavier than I thought! the description says they're porcelain, but they feel like stoneware!
