Good, until it wasn't
This worked amazingly well for the first month. Now it spins and barely any froth at all. For the price, not worth it.

Be assured that if your frother heats and turns, this means that it’s working properly. However, frothing results can change due to different factors. Here are some helpful tips that will hopefully resolve the situation: • Rinse the interior of your frother with very cold water before and between each use for 20-30 seconds. • The milk should be as cold as possible. The colder it is, the longer the machine will operate, which will result in a better froth. • The fresher the milk is also, the better foam result you will get since it will contain more proteins. Bought the frother back in August. Worked for 2 months, then didn’t froth so we brought a new whisk for it. Worked twice and now it doesn’t froth just heats up the cream. Worst buy ever. I do not recommend this prodict

Not great quality
I bought this along with the coffee machine and while it worked, it did a good job but it stopped 'frothing' after only 10 months, and it wasn't used a lot - disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback, Carmen. For optimal frothing results, be sure to rinse the inside before the first and between uses with cold water for about a minute. Use cold milk from a newly opened container (milk proteins break down rapidly after exposure to light and oxygen) and experiment with different milk; we find UHT (Ultra High Temperature) produces consistent froth. Also, ensure to use the correct whisk and to fill the jug with the right amount of milk: first line for frothing and second line for hot spun lattes. Possible Teflon consumption
I have liked this frother except the coating has worn off halfway up inside and now burns the milk in a spot at the bottom. I'm concerned about consuming the milk since the Teflon can be in the milk. Please advise.

The burn mark will not impede the functionality of the device, however, it's best to avoid build up by using a small plastic scraper, or wooden craft stick to lightly scrape away the burnt residue. The burn marks found inside your milk jug can usually be avoided by following these easy cleaning tips: - After using soap and cold water, be sure to wipe the inside of the jug with a damp, non-abrasive sponge, or paper towel to remove milk residue. Remaining milk residue can cause burn marks during subsequent uses. - If you plan to use the Aeroccino again immediately after making froth, it is highly recommended that you rinse the inside of the jug with cold, running water, until it is cool to the touch. - Keep both whisks clean to ensure proper rotation and circulation of heat. Leaves milk so good and frothy much better than using a microwave
