Nice style, bad materials

I just arrived from my trip this morning and I notice that my suitcase looks terrible, and I wouldn't say it was because airline treatment, it is because the fabrics used to make it are too bad. The suitcase's cloth is rip up and many of the threads are exposed and the faux leather (the white line around the pockets and inside the case) is broken down. I hope I can use the warranty.
