Used it once and the wheel broke.

Handle broke

It’s a nice suitcase, but after less than a year of use the handle broke. It also feels a bit backwards, as the half of the suitcase which zips is the portion with the handle, not the side that is easy to flip over.

STAY AWAY! Hard shell easily cracks

Do not purchase this item and stay away from Samsonite! I purchased this suitcase in December 2021 and have only used it a handful of times ever since. The suitcase should be able to withstand basic domestic travel and if it cant, it should be replaced by the manufacturer. It is not durable and has completely fallen apart since I purchased it, and neither Macys nor Samsonite will help make things right. Samsonite claims the damages are not covered under their warranty: for a brand as reputable as theirs I would expect more from them as it’s embarrassing that their expensive suitcases fall apart after only a few months of basic use. I would never purchase another Samsonite product again.

Bought this luggage in January, and by the beginning of may it was already broken Zip was giving hard time to close and upper part of zipper that use for pulling already broke. Don't know where to return this poor quality luggage because deadline to return was last month on 13 of April. Strongly suggest not to buy this poor quality luggage, zipper can break anytime.

So glad the 20 inch was made available in Teal. It is lightweight, sturdy and the wheels are smooth. The charger port is a great feature.

Great For Travel!

Samonite Carry-On spinner is lightweight and charges electronics that have a USB port. I bought this spinner for my mom and she loves it! She uses the port to charge her cell phone and it works. The Solar Rose color is very eye catching. It has a feminine, modern and sophisticated look to it. The suitcase itself is perfect to use as a carryon because it is durable and has four spinner wheel to move around. Inside the luggage is divided into compartments. It is deep enough to place clothes, toiletries, and other personal belongings. The only downside is that didn’t come with a battery in the luggage for the USB port. I had to use my own battery and connect inside for the port. Overall, Samsonite Spin Tech 4.0 carryon is perfect for traveling. I highly recommend this carry-on to everyone!

A great bag! Perfect for me.

It was perfect for my trip. Loved the color! The gentleman in Friscoe, that checked me out, was very helpful! The bag was easy to lift into the overhead. The wheels were really smooth and easy to maneuver off and on escalators and people movers.
